Returning to his first vocation as a photographer after a successful career as an IT executive for several multinational organizations, Michael draws upon his life experience as a husband, father, grandfather, world traveler and keen observer. Michael is based in Portland Oregon, where he is a commercial photographer for a variety of organizations. He has also done annual projects for the Children’s Cancer Association, an author of a book on surviving WW2 aces, and various political campaigns. His work has been featured in The New Yorker magazine, 1889 Magazine, Parent Magazine (cover), Transport Topics (cover) and Portland Afoot. We met Michael through a soccer friend of Dani’s and are eternally grateful for his vivaciousness, creative direction on our project and his deep commitment. Michael donated 100% of his time to our project – literally hundreds of hours. That makes him a mensche in our eyes – Yiddish for do-gooder.
